Fractional Creative Direction
I take the strategy and objectives determined, and make an executable plan focused on content that is cohesive, efficiently created with both time and budgets in mind, and high quality. This could be giving creative direction to in-house team members or freelancers, creating website wireframes and messaging, crafting marketing campaigns with content deployment across multiple channels, directing photo and video shoots, leading team brainstorms, making pitch decks for new marketing initiatives, giving feedback on content, etc.

Creative Execution
This is something I only offer if i’m also doing the creative direction. It can range from graphic design, to videography, to photography, to web design, to copywriting. While i’m capable of doing all of those things with varying degrees of expertise, depending on your budget I also like to outsource some of this execution to talented friends and colleagues who live in breath in one of those creative niches, so you are getting agency level execution in a much more frictionless way.
